Featured Market:

Florida

This featured market includes Fort Myers, Jacksonville, Miami and Sarasota.

Fort Myers, along the banks of the Caloosahatchee River, is rich in history. In 1513 Ponce de Leon first visited the Florida coast. Today, downtown renovations promise to increase the number of restaurants, nightclubs and shopping centers. Fort Myers also provides convenient access to beautiful beaches, golf courses and world-class museums.

Jacksonville appeals to history buffs and diligent beachcombers. It is the home of a beautifully preserved Civil War fort, the state's oldest surviving cotton plantation, miles of Atlantic beachfront and river walkways. Championship golf courses and several national and state parks add to the recreation options.

Miami is known for its cultural diversity, first-rate beaches and many parks. The city consists of 13 unique neighborhoods that document its rich history. Exploration of the Miami area dates to the 16th century, though the land wasn't incorporated until 1896. As a destination for those from other countries, Miami is often referred to as the "Gateway to Latin America."

Sarasota offers waterfront living, with over 15,000 homes located on the Gulf of Mexico or on Sarasota Bay. Residents enjoy a relatively low cost of living, a great year-round climate and a community focused on making the most out of life. From architecture and water sports to fine dining, Sarasota has it all.
