As part of our quality improvement program, Take Care Clinics uses a tool known as HEDIS
(Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) - a set of healthcare quality standards
developed by the National Committee for Quality. Take Care Clinics focus on three specific
HEDIS measures related to our most common types of patient visits: upper respiratory
infections, acute bronchitis and sore throat.
