Contact Lens Return Policy

We will accept returns of any unopened, unexpired and undamaged boxes of in-stock contact lenses sold through Walgreens.com. Made-to-order contact lenses are not returnable.

Simply mail the unopened, unexpired and undamaged boxes of in-stock contact lenses in the original packaging to our contact lens return center with the label provided. Include the invoice with the product. On the invoice, circle the item(s) you are returning. You will be notified via email once we have received and processed your contact lens return.
