Step 3. Select Health Conditions
Use this section to indicate any special health conditions you may have. Click on Add Conditions to see an alphabetical listing of conditions. Click on a condition to add it to your records. If you have no known health conditions, check the box next to "No Known Health Condition."

Sign in here to keep your records current with Update Health Information. If you have completed your full online pharmacy registration, you will be able to update your health information right away.

If you have registered on Walgreens.com but have not completed your online pharmacy registration, sign in to your Walgreens.com account and follow the instructions in red.
