Whether you like your peanut butter creamy or chunky, we’ve put together some recipes so you can celebrate all month long!
Peanut Butter Granola—Add some peanut butter to your morning routine.
- 2 tbsp. Nice!™ Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp. Nice!™ 100% Pure Honey
- ¼ tsp. Nice!™ Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup Nice!™ Quick Oats
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine peanut butter and honey in a bowl, then microwave until peanut butter melts (15-20 seconds). Stir in cinnamon and vanilla. Add oats, then stir until oats are completely covered in mixture. Spread out oat mixture onto a non-stick cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until granola is slightly browned. Let cool until granola is crunchy. Serve over any of your morning favorites like Greek yogurt, or enjoy it alone over milk!
Peanut Butter Fudge—A treat that’s great for sharing!
- 1/2 cup Nice!™ Sweet Cream Butter
- 2 1/4 cups Nice!™ Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup Nice!™ Peanut Butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour mixture over confectioners’ sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth; pour into an 8×8 inch dish. Chill until firm (2 hours) and cut into squares for serving.
Marshmallow Peanut Butter Dip—The tasty party spread sensation.
- 1/2 cup marshmallow crème
- 1/4 cup Nice!™ Peanut Butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons water
- Fresh fruit or pretzels for dipping
Combine marshmallow crème, peanut butter, lemon juice, and water in small bowl. Whisk until blended, and refrigerate 25-30 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit and pretzels for dipping. Makes 6 servings.
