All employees are eligible for:
- Employee Discount
Retail employees and their immediate family are entitled to a 15% discount on purchases at any Walgreens store.
- Prescription Discount
Covered prescriptions are available to employees for a minimal co-pay; co-pay coverage for dependents is also available.
- Holiday and Vacation Pay
Employees averaging 20+ hours per week are eligible for:
- Profit Sharing
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Upon eligibility, Walgreens employees may purchase Walgreens stock at a 10% discount, with no brokers' fees.
- Flex Pay
This plan enables employees to set aside a portion of each paycheck, tax-free, to be used for childcare, invalid dependent care, or other health care expenses not reimbursable under other benefit plans.
Employees averaging 30+ hours per week are eligible for full-time benefits including:
