Contact Lens Shipping Policies
Can you ship contact lenses to all states?
Walgreens.com contact lens orders can be shipped to the 50 United States. We are currently unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes, or U.S. Territories. Additionally, due to state restrictions, we cannot sell contact lenses by mail order in Arkansas or New Jersey.
How do I track the status of my order?
Log in to your account. Select Store products and contact lenses under Order Status in the left-hand column.

How will I know when my contact lenses have been shipped?
You will receive an e-mail notification, including a tracking number you can use to check the progress of your shipment. Or you can log in to your account and select Store products and contact lenses under Order Status.

Can I pick up my contact lenses at my local Walgreens with my other prescriptions?
Unfortunately not. Contact lenses are available by mail order only.
What are your contact lens shipping options and rates?
The specific rate for your shipment will appear when you choose a shipping option during checkout.
Standard contact lens shipping
Contact lens orders with subtotals of $50 or more will automatically receive FREE standard shipping. The subtotal for contact lenses alone must be $50 or more to qualify. General store merchandise in the same order does not count toward the $50 minimum, and regular store shipping charges will apply to that portion of your order.
Contact lens orders do not count toward the $50 minimum for general FREE shipping eligible merchandise. Free shipping is not available for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
Express contact lens shipping
Express shipping is available exclusively for contact-lens-only orders. The express shipping rate is $19.95 anywhere in the 50 United States. Shipping time is one business day after your order has been processed.
NOTE: If your order includes both contact lenses and general store merchandise, only standard shipping is available. Contact lens solutions and accessories are considered general store merchandise.
