This calorie chart was developed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The far right column is labeled "content per measure." This is referring to energy content in kcal, which in general terms is the same thing as calories. The second link is the same information, but listed with the highest-calorie foods first.

The third link lists fiber content, with foods containing the most fiber listed first. (Remember, fiber helps fill you up!)
