Bread Pudding?Hawaiian Style
Bread Pudding—Hawaiian Style
Preparation time: 1 hour, 15 minutes
Number of servings: 12
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup fat-free milk
- 2 cans (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 10 slices bread, cubed
Mix all ingredients together, except bread. Fold in bread gently. Pour into 2-quart unbuttered casserole dish.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Top with raisins and serve.
