Ingredients

    • 1 kiwi
    • 1/4 cup diced mango
    • 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
    • 2 tsp lime juice
    • 1/2 tsp minced chilies
    • pinch of salt


Directions

Peel kiwi; cut into eighths and then dice. Place diced kiwi in bowl, and mix gently with other ingredients.

As an alternative, substitute 1/4 cup dried figs for the mango.
