Greek Chicken

    • 4 potatoes, quartered
    • 1 lb chicken pieces
    • 2 large onions, quartered
    • 1 whole bulb garlic, minced
    • 2 small zucchini, sliced
    • 3 tsp oregano, dried
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 1 Tbsp olive oil


Place potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker. Add chicken, onions, garlic, and zucchini. Add oregano, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Cover, and cook on high 5 to 6 hours or on low for 9 to 10 hours.
