    • 2 large bananas, sliced
    • 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
    • 1 cup fat-free milk
    • 2 cups ice
    • 1/2 tsp nutmeg


Place all ingredients into blender, and blend until smooth.

Serve immediately.
