Follow these two easy steps to receive a Free Medicare Report that's tailored to your location and your prescriptions.

You must select at least one medication in order to run the report. You can always call the pharmacy staff at your local Walgreens for more information about your prescriptions.

Search for medications below. Results will appear after you enter the first 3 letters of a medication's name. To narrow your search, spell out more of the name. Select medications, add them to your prescription list, and proceed to step 2.

Medication Name Browse Alphabetically Search Results	Select a medication and click Add to place it in your prescription list.	Prescription List: Check a box above and click Remove to delete the selected medication from your prescription list.

Enter your 5-digit U.S. ZIP code, and then click Show Report.
