Before your appointment begins:

Make sure your neighborhood Walgreens offers the immunizations you need.

- Stay 15 minutes after your immunization
- Wear Loose-Fitting clothing
- Present your medical and pharmacy billing insurance cards to the pharmacy staff
- Don't forget to bring your completed vaccine consent form
