I'm surprised that this product got such bad reviews. I guess it can be a bit harsh though? (I have very unsensitive skin) When I was younger I used this twice a day everyday. It was the only thing that controlled my skin. I'm not sure how but this cream seems to work better than other benzoyl peroxide creams, although it's not a miracle. If you have sensitive skin or are sensitive to benzoyl peroxide then you probably shouldn't use this, but otherwise I think it's a good product. I don't use this anymore however because I'm out of my "teenage acne" years I do use a version of proactiv and that works great for me now!

Don't Judge a Book By It's Cover
By uhhm from OP baybe on 8/20/2007
Pros:
It kind of worked
Cons:
Not too effective
Best Uses:
Cleansing, Daily Use
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

It works. But not in 3 days. It dries out your face, but that's why you only put it on the acne area. Not all over your face. It cleared my skin a little, but I wouldn't spend money on it again.

Pros:

Best Uses:

i have tried a lot of things to get rid of my acne. i went to the dermatologist, got acne surgery, and even tried pro-active. nothing would work. but i heard about the vanishing cream (my friend recommended) and since then (if you apply it religiously as per the instructions) you'll get results fast!

i definitely recommend this to anyone who's been struggling for the clear-skin look.

Ultra Drying Cream
By Ya thats right, its me from San Francisco on 1/11/2007
Cons:
Dries Out Skin, Ineffective, Irritates Skin
Best Uses:
Should never be used
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

It completely dried out my face, and it didn't help even partly relieve the acne. After one month of itchy redness and utter frustation, I discontinued this product!

By becky from mass on 12/1/2006
Pros:
Doesn't help acne
Cons:
Doesn't work to help acne
Best Uses:

This product I tried thinking that it would help my acne clear but all it did was make the problem worse. I would never buy this product again after finding the product that has helped me.
