First purchase was several months ago and was so pleased with the 'phone meeting my particular hearing needs that I puchased this second one for another location.

Durability is a word of degree and I am unable to comment as not enough time has elapsed to rate its durability.

This phone is a great amplified phone at a great price. Some other dealers are selling it for twice the price. It's not worth that much and it won't perform miracles but it's a good amplified phone at a fair price. [...].

Haven't had it long enough to attest to its durability. The design would have been better for my desk use if the base was inclined slightly rather than flat. Otherwise it met my expectations.
