I have tried just about every over the counter diet supplement out there and this one actually works. I have always been one to eat whenever, even if I'm not hungry, I would eat. This product has made me only want to eat when I'm actually hungry...I am no longer snacking all of the time. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that loves to eat and needs help curbing their appetite.

I used this pill for a month and then started to realize that I had not only lost weight but was continuing to lose weight and didn't feel hungry all the time. If anything, I have to remind myself to eat and it is so much easier to plan a meal that is better for me nutritiously and not because I'm starving and need to eat that instant. Best stuff yet and it even works for a few months after stopping it. Also, I ended up only using one pill instead of two after a few months, when it says to, and I was able to take it for longer.

I take Hoodia Sure Rapid Gels just like the instructions. I am amazed. I always want to eat just because I'm bored or watching a movie, but since I've been taking this, I really could care a less about snacking. I have to make myself eat. I've been on it for 2 1/2 weeks and only lost 4 lbs. I haven't been taking 2 per meal, I have only been taken 1 for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So instead of taking 4 per day, I only take 3. I also work out 3 days a week. I'm just not seeing results. But this does curb your appetite.

I have to say that I never take diet pills. I am only on the full second day and it has decreased my appetite.....almost totally! I have to really make an effort to eat. It did give me a very full feeling quickly. Having said that, I am making sure I eat foods that are better for me since I am eating much less. I don't even want to snack and that is totally not me. I usually have mental arguments with myself at night when the house is quiet and the ice cream is calling my name. Not sure if I've lost any weight yet...tossed the scale out months ago! Really makes you drink lots of water too. Can't wait to see the results in a couple of weeks.

I have been taking the product for 3 weeks or so. It works great. I usually snack a lot in the evening and between meals. I usually eat when I'm not hungry. Hoodia Sure made a huge difference. According to my research, after the first two weeks have passed, the hunger-suppressant properties of the P57 molecule starts to take effect, so don't quit before at least 3 weeks or you're wasting your money. Having said that, not all Hoodia supplements work because some have only tiny amounts. Ask your doctor which Hoodia supplement she recommends. Iovate's IS supposed to be a good one.

This is the best stuff ever! I've tried everything under the sun to loose weight. In my lifetime I have been as small as a size 4 to as large as a size 12. I can honestly say that this is the 1st time that I have lost weight w/o feeling hungry. I might add that I am eating healthy as well, but I have also eaten right in the past when I tried to loose weight. I have been taking these pills for about 5 months and I have lost 32lbs. These ppl who have posted on here are LYING b/c i been using this product for 5 days and i dont see any reduction in my appetite.. I recently started a low carb diet and i thought to try this product b/c of all the craze about hoodia...I picked this brand of hoodia b/c on the box it said "lose 34lbs" ..I would think after 5 days of use i should not be craving anything.. it makes me feel bloated and if i wanted to feel like that then i would take a fiber suppliment..now im hesitant in purchasing another hoodia product... i tried hydroxycut once and that did take away the cravings but the side effects from the caffiene was too much for me...i dont have much weight to lose so maybe my doctor can prescribe me something..

This product is really working for me. I prefer this over the powder form because it is quicker and effective. As long as I followed the directions by increasing my water intake and doing some form of exercise, I am seeing the results.

I do have to remind myself to eat regularly because the idea is not to skip meals, but to eat in moderation. Throughout the day, I don't have the urge to eat food because it is available. I can now plan what I want to eat which includes healthier foods. I strongly recommend using this.

I have taken this product with great results. I am of average height and weight. My midlife weight has been a problem for about two years. This product has curbed my appetite dramatically. I have much better control when it comes to hunger. I did notice that it seems to work better if taken about 1 hour before the meal. I haven't reached my ideal weight as of yet. If the weight and inches continue as the have been, I should be at my target weight and size by mid summer.

I just bought this product with many resevations. I wanted something to make me snack less and eat smaller portions. The first couple days I felt ripped off and as though nothing was happening. It gave the feeling of not really needing anything to eat, but not being really full either. But, I kept taking it because I wanted it to work so badly. This is now day 5 and I feel like it is really starting to take effect. This product will not make you feel so full that you don't eat anything, but takes away that snacking, 'I-could-eat-something' feeling, and when you do eat, the portions are much smaller and I find I don't eat as fast. All herbal supplements take a few days to take effect, so it is no suprise that this herb is no different. It is also a relief to know that this product comes with a certificate of authenticity which many people say is a true sign that the product is the real stuff. I really like this herb, it does not make me jittery or anything. I have notice no side effects beyond the lessened appetite. Bottom line-if you are looking for something that will make you barely eat at all and feel uncomfortably full, this isn't it. But, if you want to stop snacking and eat smaller portions, this IS it. It's great for an all-day uninteruppted shopping spree! Remember this stuff was discovered because tribesmen used it to curb their appetites on long hunting trips, so if you snack at work/school/home where it's easy to obsess over food b/c you are bored, then this product will definitely show results!

I am also of regular weight and am trying to lose a about 10-15 pounds for a wedding...and this product has worked. I am from the islands and all we do is eat...so that should be self-explanatory. I used this product, just to try it, and it really worked. The first 2 days I lost 5 pounds, but I was thinking that was probably just the water. It doesn't matter...it worked. Continue to exercise, eat healthy, and take Hoodia, and you'll probably get the results you've always wanted.

I am of healthy weight for my height but I am trying to drop 10 lbs. I eat a low calorie Diet and exercise regularly. This product in no way curbed by appetite and is a total waste of money!
