I exercise regularly and try to eat healthfully, but still find that I have a problem with belly fat and bloating. I read about the benefits of "colon cleansing;" that prompted me to try the product. I have not experienced weight loss, less bloating, or any loss of belly fat, even after using the product exactly as directed for the past 10 days. The product simply does not work.

I tryed this 11 weeks ago taking the maximum amount and I have lost 39 pounds so far. It is the first product that worked for me. I also use to go to the bathroom once in the morning but only after my coffee. Now I go 3-4 times per morning. I am very pleased with this product. You must eat healthy. There is no magic pill to lose weight but this is the closest I have come to one. I lose more weight with taking this every night then just diet alone.

like any product your body has to adjust I took 2 only the 1st night, 3 the following nights until less bloated. I take two at night WITHOUT FAILING and keeps the weight down. Water is a plus for its effect as herbs need fluids to do its job. My skin even looks better. I quit once and had to go back because I felt tired and bloated to the point clothing did NOT fit. Now, I get it even when its not on sale. Remember: you have to give a little guys...water, water!

This was a great product for what I needed. I don't believe in diet pills and fear anything that might make my heart race. This is great for regulating the body's digestive process. I've had IBD for decades and this gave me a jump start as well as a way to keep my body going in the right direction with weight loss. It's not unpredictable which is a great plus. It is a bit costly but worth it for me to buy a second bottle and keep it around.

This product works, ONLY if you follow the recommendations. When taking the product with recommended amount of drinking water per day, with the Maximum of 6 pills per day prescribed, it alone helped me lose 16 pounds and 6 inches in stomach region in 55 days. After that I leveled off in weight loss. Also, those who drink lots of alchohol and soda will not see the benefits.
