I really didnt like NV It made me feel very sick after the third day I didn't lose any extra wieght and YES I did a hour work out everyday with sundays off and stop drinking soda and I only lost 1 pound a week So it was a waste to buy it but everyone told me my hair had more shine and it was stronger also my nails got stronger too.

When I saw the commercial on TV I thought I would give it a try. But after taking it for 2 days my face had broken out in the worst acne I have had in my life. Not to mention that I was so bloated I was embarrassed to leave the house. I was so weak daily tasks wore me out-definately not fun!

Take this as a warning this product plays on our psychological weaknesses. We all want to look good, be attractive and desireable. I feel like an idiot for thinking that it was an easy way to lose weight. If you still decide to take it please be careful because it made me feel awful and no one deserves to feel that!

This is possibly the worst diet supplement out there. Don't get my wrong, by no means was I looking for a "quick fix" to lose weight, but this product didn't even help me lose weight WITH the diet and exercise. And as for it's claim that it's an all over beauty product, well it didn't help my skin and in fact, caused me to break out all over my face. I did give it a chance and finsihed out my 30 day supply(which made no difference), but I would NEVER buy this product again. In fact, if i could put zero stars, I would.

I am not a caffiene person, and so when I first took it, I felt a little jittery and excited, but after the first couple days I got used to it. It helps me get off my butt and I actually enjoy working out more than eating now! I am an emotional eater, and I always craving something, but now I am happiest working out. I feel great and most important my self-image has improved. I don't even care about losing the weight anymore, I'm just happy to finally feel motivated and now I don't hold back. (Dropping a few pounds here and there is awesome though!) Loads of people have told me to stop taking it because its weight loss pills are bad and make you starve yourself, but this one definately still makes you work, and monitor your diet. Ok, this product is amazing because you only have to take 2 pills a day. And not 3 to start for 3 days, then up to 6 after like some other brands. The directions are clear, and the fact that you take them 6 hours apart, and not before meals. That drove me nuts because I would always forget. Anyhow I'm sure I lost 5 lbs in days. I work out and exercise regularly to begin with. It gives you extra energy, and ABSOLUTELY supresses cravings. I was eating myself out of house and home earlier in the week. I'm an emotional eater, and this helped stop that. I don't think about meals anymore because I'm full. I can focus better at work and am more productive as a result. Only downside is that it is difficult to sleep, however, I am not used to caffeine at all. Not a coffee or soda drinker. So until I get used to it, it is a pretty perfect product in my eyes. After a year of hard work, I can see that I will get the results I want with the help of this product.

I purchased this product several weeks ago after reading all its great reviews. Unfortunately, I have not had any weight loss with this product despite its claim that it is "the worlds first rapid weight-loss product". Additionally, it doesn't help to make me feel any more energized, which it also claims to do. On the other hand, I have noticed a difference in the texture of my hair. Thus, it claims to have "beauty-enhancing properties" that "nurture your hair, skin and nails" appears to be somewhat true. Therefore, I would recommend this product only for daily use for beauty enhancement, not weight loss. Then again, you can get the same benefits from much cheaper products than this.

I was honestly skeptical, but with eating better and a stepped-up exercise routine, I seriously dropped 5 pounds over the weekend! After months of my hair falling out over stressful wedding planning, after starting on NV it stopped falling out altogether and is now thicker and stronger. I highly recommend this for people who are seriously dedicated to loosing weight!

I have been taking NV for a little over a month, along with cardio workout I lost 12 pounds, the best thing is you feel full, you don't eat as often and def don't crave junk food. I suggest doing at least 30 min of cardio a night or in the day to help boost your blood flow and you will see results.

After the morning dose your appetite is supressed but you're starving before the afternoon dose and the hunger does not subside thereafter. Energy was good first 2 days. I didn't notice it after that.

I have been trying to find something that works and this is it. I love the product and have lost 10 lbs since I've started taking the pill. It really minimizes the amount of food I eat, while keeping me full. I have 3 other friends on it and they too have lost 10 pounds. If you haven't tried this, then you really need to. Keep in mind we all work out every day for an hour as well. You have to do some work to get results.

This has done a really good job with suppressing my appetite. I've only been taking it for a week, though, so I haven't seen any drastic improvement of my hair, skin or nails (but I know this isn't a quick fix, which I think some of the other reviewers forget). I wish NV had a lower dose of caffeine or none at all, because I cannot have any form of caffeine besides the pill or else I have an increase in anxiety and heartbeat.

I like NV because it made me less hungry. The downside is it makes your heart race and you get anxious sometimes. It is good as a suppressant, but I haven't lost any weight yet. I have been taking it over a month and a half. If I don't lose some weight soon, I am going to stop taking it.
