The product is beautiful, except the people that I call have problems hearing me. I purchased four of them (two as gift) the others will keep the phone because it is a land phone for emergency use; I will keep one but will return the other one because of the hearing problem. If the hearing problem was solved, I would recommend it to others.

the reason this item is so cheap is because it does not work...I bought two of them and in BOTH cases the neither worked at all

After many careful attempts I was unable to program the 'speed dial' feature. And there is no number to call for tech help.

I use this product as a home office phone. Problems with fax machine hook up on same line had to put in second line to have both function well. Wish the calendar on the pad was larger. Needs to be easier to use as far as installing the numbers for speed dialing. Love the hands free option though mic needs to be far more sensitive for distance speaking. Over all for the price an excellent buy.

when trying to find an Internet site for Innovage, only generated a Generic web page, no useful info whatsoever. A backlit display would have been a nice touch, and at least the option of using an AC adapter, though I could probably rig one up easily enough. [...]

This is my most used phone of all the eight that I have in the house. The directions could be less harder to read which may cause why some persons do not like this phone. There is no other phone that has all these features and the price is fantastic. I use it next to my computer and am able to talk on the speaker phone and have my hands free to use the computer.

So for it has been good as a personal phone BUT we can not get the LCD display or the keypad to light up so we hear the caller ID BUT can not see who is calling AND of course can not find a number of the company to contact about problems with this phone.

I was pretty impressed when I saw it. I loved the speaker, LCD, touch screen and hold music. After a couple of weeks the thing just stopped working. I changed batteries and the LCD still didn't work. [...] I knew it was too good to be true for all the features for cheap price.

Initially I was relatively satisfied. However, I went south for the winter and when I came back north and tried to use the phone the LCD was not functioning. Inserted new batteries -- still no display. I really don't want to purchase a new telephone every four months. I purchased the phone too long ago to return it to the store for exchange. I cound not contact Innovage to determine if I was doing something wrong because there is no customer service number with instructions. I guess when you build junk you don't want people to bother you with their complaints or concerns.

Nice idea, great design concepts, actual performance is marginal to less than adequate.
Excessive voltage blew out the features (my fault) but telephone still works (this is marginal in quality). I guess I was lucky in that everything worked when I bought it but the most important features don't work well.

Initially impressed w/looks and features...then BAM!!! Phone goes busy on incoming call ring !!! Too much volume distortion. This is the 2nd phone I've tried. Will try ONE more time and hope it gets right.

I loved this phone when I noticed it at my parents so she bought me one. Just confused, cant seem to get the caller id to show up. Everyhting else works, and now I am worried about taking it in and getting one that doesn't work. Guess I can take my chances.

Typical poor [...]quality. Poorly written instructions. Wrong number of digits in programming display for the area code. Does not display caller iD number...always says error on incoming calls.

A disappointment!

- Offer nice features: Handsfree, hold, calculator and calander a plus for me, low ringer, and color
- Good price: Sometimes you get what you pay for.
- Poor performance: The benefit for me was the LCD panel. Between two phones, I never got it to work. I thought it was poorly writen instructions but after a friend told me not to waste my money and after reading the reviews here...maybe there is a serious manufactors defect with this phone.

On the first phone I purchased, the LCD didn't work. The second phone, (an exchage), the LCD didn't work. The will be no third purchase of this phone as my gasoline usage is becoming an issue with this phone.

I hope someone get value from their purchase.

I seen this cool phone online and wanted it. So i went to the store and bought it. I was so happy when i got home because it had a cool design and it was an affordable touch panel phone. I was extremely disapointed when i found out that when you call some one, all you hear is static! So I am going back to [...] return this item and will be getting another phone[...]. So yea, if you want to waste your money to hear static, then i say go for it and buy this phone!! But I wouldn't. Maybe the phone i bought had some problems because it was the last one but i don't know. Take your chances with this phone. But other than that i liked the calander and how it played music when you put someone on hold. The light [...] barely lite up any thing. I like the speaker phone it worked okay. This is not the best phone but I still like the design! lol

well i like it enough that i went back and purchased a 2nd one. only thing i don't like is the handset volume. if it is adjustable i can figure out how to increase it. anyone know how if it is possible???
and the price sure is right, but for the price how many bells and whistles do we need :)

I chose this phone mainly because it was adjustable; not flat to a surface. The price was also an eye catcher. However, one of my disappointments with the phone was the ring tone. It was one of the most awful sounding things I have ever heard. Also, the ring level was not adjustable. I was disappointed with the names not showing on the Caller-ID. The number would show up but no name. I was impressed with the speakerphone. I did not have to raise my voice to be heard by the other party.

Thought it was a cool phone the first time I saw it advertised. It took me less than a month to be completely displeased with it. Speaker volume is low, hands-free mic doesn't work very well, hard to set time/date, etc., and the LCD runs on batteries that needed to be changed twice a month. Nightlight is useless. Might be OK to use as a backup phone if the LCD was electric.

I put it on the desktop. Looks stylish. Easy to use keypad, easy to use LCD screen. Can't believe you can use the calculator but it works! Has a nightlight at bottom and a calendar is on screen all the time. Scrolling up and down for last dialed or last call. Announcement was great as I work and like the hands free modes. Speaker wasn't the best [...] This is a nice little product. Hope it gives me long use!

although I am happy with the phone,I had to take it back to the store, just could'nt get the "ring" to sound,replaced with another,this time the touch panel is only half lit,also still can't get the "ring" when some one calls,sounds stupid,but I still like it.
