First night I took the recommended 2 pills. I became very nauseasus and had cold sweats. I learned that 1 pill does the trick without the major side effects. I thought this would be a good product and the label promises things that are not true. The label should say dim the lights because you will suffer from nausea and body chills and flushing from the niacin. Also one of the ingredients Yohimbe extract has warnings issued by the FDA. Shame on walgreens for allowing this product on their shelves

I used it once and it was very effective at the recommended dose. I, however, am a former bodybuilder and tend to "overtake" so I tried 3. My heart was racing, palms were sweaty, and I felt very ill. This is a dangerous supplement if you take too much. 1 pill is probably a daily limit not the 2 they say.

I'm a 39 year old male. Healthy. Normal BP and decent shape.

I took two pills in the morning and experienced horrible side effects! Beware. My heart rate went to 150 beats per minute sitting down. BP went to 165 over 100. I had to following symptoms: Paranoid that I was going to have a heart attack or die. Heart palpations, clamy hands, fatigue, muscle weakness, and insomnia.

If you are set on taking this stuff take a half pill with food in the am. Slowly increase dose next day if you want to test your bodies limits.

My recommendation is to flush your body by drinking lots of water, cranberry juice without sugar, mango, and raw vegetables.

If you care about your heart and body do not take this product.

I'm a healthy, 52 yr old male with no need for help in erections.....I tried this out of curiousity in both maximum (2 tabs) and mimimum (1/2 tab) doses and found that it enabled me to expereinece an erection on a whim, and the most heightened climax I've ever had, almost to convulsion level. In addition, I could have an climax at the rate of almost one every 30 minutes or more....the down side was it only took me about 20-30 seconds sometimes to climax, and I couldnt sleep until about 24 hours later. I felt a tiny bit naucious at times, and was probably due to eating during that period.....I did not drink caffiene, nor did I drink any alcohol, so I have no idea what effect that would have...

I took this product as directed and thought I was going to have a heart attack. My heartrate shot up and my legs got really restless. My mind was racing so fast I couldnt concentrate on one single thing. It lasted for 4 long hours and finally wore off drinking water. Tried halving the dosage and got the same result so I threw it in the garbage. All I can say is BE CAREFULL! I am 31 years old, healthy and in good shape and this stuff had a wicked effect on me.

If you are at all susceptible to the effects of caffeine, stay away from this product. Taking the recommended dosage sent me into high anxiety and panic attacks for 6 hours. I almost went to the emergency room to have them flush it from my system and lower my heart rate. If you can handle 6 shots of espresso at once, then maybe you can handle this one. Good luck.

This product is't effective, however, do not take at night, especially if you want sleep. I have high blood pressure so the increase in heart rate was not good. Erection is the same, i uesed for 5 day and this dont do nothing.

I highly recommend this product, although not at bedtime. I have used it for a couple years now after hernia surgery. It works so well, I am able to cut the dosage in half (1 instead of 2 pills prior to romantic occasion).

I get rock solid [*] from this product. I usually take about 15 mins prior to sex. It is a stimulant so unfortuntely if you take it in the evening you may have a problem going to sleep. It may also get your heart racing a bit. A cheaper and safer alternative to viagra or cialis. (In my opinion of course) - I'm 46 yrs old.

Yes this product really works, but do not mix it with any antibiotics. I did that and results are not so funny, for example high blood pressure and pulse.
