Rated 5 out of 5 by 10-0-6 me still love this formula I had used this when it was still called just 10-0-6 by Bonne Bell. It was good for break outs yet still left my skin soft and moist, not dried out. I am older now and happily after seeing it offered again I find I STILL LOVE this formula. I do often dampen my cotton with water first then apply- even on my neck but can use it on face straight from bottle. Happy to say,it works for me! April 5, 2013
