Every bit as good as Second Skin at a better price. The best way to treat wounds (especially blisters) on skin that is difficult to keep from being irritated or rubbed.

I had a bad steam burn on top of three fingers. One finger was worse so I used this pad and then decided to take it off. I followed the directions and it TORE the burned skin right off. I really wish I would have left my finger alone, it would have been healed by now.

I used this product when training for running events, it took the pain away so I could continue to run on blisters!!

I received a third degree burn from my oven approximately four weeks ago. I used antibiotic for the first 1.5 weeks. Afterwards, I switched to using this along with "Burn Stuff" and it really helped. The gauze that I originally used stuck to my burn, and each time I changed my gauze...I reinjured my burn. However, once I started using 2nd skin my burn was able to being to heal.

This stuff has been a real help in the large area of road rash I have to cover from a major spill I took on a bicycle when I car ran me off the road.
I just wish that this stuff was offered in a lager size.
I have an area the is about 7 x 5 to cover.

I got a bad 2nd degree burn on the back of two fingers by hot grease. This stuff took the heat away almost immediately and helped the burn heal. The dressing was changed twice a day as directed. It took about three weeks. I used gauze over the top to keep it on. It NEVER stuck to the burn. There is no scar at all! I highly recommend it!
