I have used this product for the last two years. It does work for me. I use it in the afternoon when I need to stay awake.
It does not make up for a lack of a full nights sleep. It does give you an extra boost when you have had a long day. I have used it in the morning but prefer not to unless I have had a meal (causes nervousness and abdominal discomfort for me).Overall great product if you need a quick pick me up.

Pros: Easy to Take

Cons: Doesn't Work, Tastes Bad

Looks appealing but just didn't do it for me. I felt like I needed to take 3 of them to actually get energy out of it. I will look into other drinks that actually have actual caffeine or more stimulants. I am a truck driver and need my energy but thought this would help.

I vomited about an hour after taking this product, I was so dizzy I could hardly stand up. Heart was racing and hands were shaking, made me feel like I had a fever. I had felt fine just tired prior to taking and consumed no alcohol.
