This is a VERY helpful product for someone who needs a gentle boost mid-morning or mid-afternoon. It does not give me a jolt, headache, or let-down feeling when it wears off; no side effects either. Unlike some other energy drinks that have caused heart palpatations and flushing, 5-Hour Energy is subtle, yet does the trick!

I love this product. I use it when I go on a cruise and it lasts me all day. Wake up out of a dead sleep, drink one, shower, dress and then on the go from 8 am till 3 am. That's about the only time I take it is when I'm cruising but I wouldn't be without it.
