Rated 5 out of 5 by Doing the Homework DOCTOR SAYS: Safe. I found this really helps me get going first thing, before I've moved enough to warm up. I took it to my doctor and said "I use this instead of the first mug of coffee, okay? She said "I see nothing to harm you, just allow for the caffeine." I asked if a second one, to be ready for the family when they get home at 5pm, was also okay; she said, "Allow for the caffeine, it's got nothing else that will hurt you." This is a doctor who, each visit, asks you about supplements, activity, sleep and your regular diet, in addition to the 'health check'. The top page of her file has all this, and she notes changes. I like this, as a context for 'symptoms' or problems. When she says it's okay, I'm comfortable trusting her. Ask your own doctor--just take a bottle with you, so you don't forget to ask--since we're all different. October 26, 2011

Rated 5 out of 5 by Where there's a Will there's a way This stuff really works! The commercials on TV are true. This stuff really works, and there's no crash like with most of the "energy drinks". Try a half bottle the first time to see how it affects you, then take it from there. Stick with the Berry or Orange flavors. Best of all, they're frequently sale priced. January 28, 2009

I usually drink it and chase it with a redbull because it doesnt taste so great. Im alert all day after that. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! February 9, 2008

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kevin The Sweetness Best Flavor Yet I am a college student, I find myself pulling all nighters 3 times a week lately, and 5 hour energy is what I have been using to keep me up and functional through my college career. The new orange is the best flavor so far I think. You get a similar taste to the berry a little, but mostly orange. It's amazing and it actually works. November 14, 2007
