Rated 4 out of 5Â by Army Medic It has its goods and bads.
First of all, this product isnt like a aregular Ice pack... I like that it forms to the ankle... I had a pretty bad ankle injury in 2006 from the Army when I was deployed. The pain has been very annoying to deal with. Its great for one of those days when you just need to ice it down, but not for severe cryotherapy treatments. It Doesnt stay cold long, but at the same time it gets cold again really quick. Its great for arthritis pain and minor aches and pains from use... I plan on buying another one to swap in and oput for the really bad days,.

I had knee surgery and I needed cold therapy to manage pain and swelling. I bought 3 of these and I was going to rotate them. I was very disappointed. I stopped after the first 20 minute treatment. Even though they were put in the freezer they never felt cold enough. The coldness didn't last 20 minutes. I went back to the old and less expensive ice bag. Which I still bought at Walgreens.
