1. Use a lice shampoo. Follow instructions carefully
2. Rinse hair with water. Then wash again with your regular shampoo
3. Remove all snarls with an ordinary comb before using the Acu-Life Lice Comb
4. Select the pin comb that matches your hair style
5. Separate half inch sections of hair and hold with your left hand. Hold the comb in your right hand at a 45 degree angle. Press comb teeth as close to the scalp as possible, then lightly comb, passing through the same strands several times. Repeat this procedure until the entire head is complete
6. Check hair carefully with magnifier to make sure you haven't missed any lice or nits
7. Continue to inspect for nits daily for at least two weeks
