i use it for my baby's constipation by adding 1-2 drops to his baby food, and i use it on my nail beds to cut down on breakage. i use it in the bath, and on my elbows.

Omg! My 4b/4c hair did a happy dance when I bought this product and tried it. My hair is usually so dry and matted looking sooo when another naturalista said try vegetable glycerin I did and this stuff is liquid gold! I love it, my hair loves it, this is a staple in my hair regimen.

I use this for making giant bubbles for my grandchildren. It's perfect for making them last a long time and you only need a couple of tablespoons per gallon of water.

I found that you can use this to make homemade mixing medium for your eyeshadow. Great for when you dont really want to buy expensive mixing mediums. By mixing with your eyeshadow you can make eyeliner of any color and add an extra boost to your eyeshadow.
Mix a small batch to keep in your makeup kit. You use 1 part glycerin and 3 parts purified water. i.e. one cap glycerin and 3 caps purified water. Since there are no preservatives you must dispose and make a fresh batch every 1 to 3 weeks.

This is water based, not oil-based. I mix it with maybe 20% grape seed oil which produces a phenomenal lubricant. I know this product is very good quality as my skin is really sensitive and this doesn't irritate one bit. Thanks, Africare.
