Does not effectively relieve dry skin!!

This lotion is really nothing special. It performs like your regular average lotion. I have extremely dry and itchy skin and it did not significantly relieve that. This lotion should not be marketed as "24 hour hydration" for "severely dry skin" because it definitely did not work like that. It was a waste of my money and I will not be purchasing it again.
