Product does a good disinfection job if 30-day soft contact lens left to soak in solution for 24 hours, which requires having 2 pairs of lens for alternate daily use. However, removal of all visible protein deposits after 24 hours of soaking in solution requires placing lens in palm of hand, liberally squirting solution on lens, gently rubbing lens in figure-eight motion with tip of little finger for about 30 seconds on each side of lens. Do this 3 times on each side of lens to remove all visible protein traces. Before placing lens over eyes, rinse lens in sterile saline (sterile salt water) to remove any remaining disinfecting solution. Due to $14.49 Online Sale Price and online Coupon Code 15% discount on Dec 19, 2012, price was $12.32. Product merits a Four Star rating, but product is significantly overpriced. Year round cost should be $12.32 after sale discount and coupon code discount.

I've been using this product for a few years now and it really helps me keep my lenses clean and comfortable. I wear lenses that I change out every 30 days. I rinse out my eyes with this solution every morning when I get out of bed and every night before I go to bed. I've now worn contact lenses since 1987 and have used a lot of different products to clean and moisturize them. Opti-Free Replenish Multi-Purpose Disinfecting Contact Solution has been the best product for me.

I use acuvue oasis for astigmtism. I've worn contacts for ten years and my eyes tend to be dry. The replenish did not help. I got results from opti free lasting comfort. It kept my eyes comfortable all day.

I have chronic dry eye, and this product works for me. I also have sentitive eyes and other products would burn my eyes when I put my contacts in. This product cleans well, no burn, and helps with my dry eyes!!

[...] I like this solution. I have sensitive eyes so other solutions burn when I put my contacts in after storing/rinsing. But I have no problem with this solution. I also have dry eyes, but I don't think the "moisture-retaining" claims are accurate. But I'll still buy it since it doesn't burn my eyes! :)
