These pads are great for many reasons. They provide extra coverage for heavy menstrual flows and they are also very helpful for rectal issues. I have had 3 rectal surgeries in the last few months and have had bleeding on and off as a result. These pads are long enough to protect my clothes when I have bleeding occur. Other pads that claim to be "extra long" are not. These pads have given me peace of mind that I won't bleed through. Thanks, Always!

I have such a heavy flow that I was replacing pads hourly. I found this product and can finally get through my days and nights without constant apprehension. I don't usually find these on sale, but when Walgreens had them on sale, I jumped online and ordered 6 packages (I didn't want to wipe out the stock on the store shelf)! I'm stocked up for now! Thanks!

These are absolutely wonderful for those horrible days we have from time to time, when not even the longest overnight pads will work. Great protection and reasonably priced.

I have used this product since it came on the market years ago especially the new overnight with wings product. It's awesome that I can order in bulk and have it delivered to my home without having to worry about going to the store check out line with numerous packs. I order 10 packs and it lasts through the year. Always is a product that works so well. Way to go:)
