This meal blends organic spinach with jack cheese and queso fresco (the traditional soft white cheese of Mexico). The organic tomatillos in the sauce are grown especially for Amy's, cooked and blended with authentic Mexican spices to create this delicious sauce bursting with flavor. Organic brown rice mixed with sweet corn, tender carrots, bell peppers and Anaheim chiles, as well as our traditional organic black beans, complete this wonderful meal.
All dairy ingredients are made with pasteurized, rBST hormone-free milk and do not contain animal enzymes or animal rennet.
Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375°. Remove overwrap and cover with foil. Place tray on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and stir beans. Bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until hot throughout. Microwave oven: Put a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook for 4-1/2 minutes on medium (50% power), remove overwrap and stir beans. Cook on high for another 1-1/2 minutes, or until heated throughout. Toaster oven: Remove all packaging. Transfer product to a covered toaster oven-safe dish.
