- Preheat oven to 375°
- Remove overwrap
- Place tray on a cookie sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated thoroughly
- Remove overwrap. Place uncovered tray in oven
- Cook on high for 3-4 minutes. Stir, cook on high for 2-3 minutes, or until hot throughout
- Remove all packaging
- Transfer product to a toaster safe oven dish
- Cook using the conventional oven instructions shown above

Amy loves our mac & cheese, but some of her friends, like many Amy's customers, are not able to eat if because they are "gluten intolerant." So we decided to create a dish that does not include any wheat, and searched until we found a macaroni style noodle made from organic rice. Then we covered the tender rice noodles with the same smooth cheese sauce that has made our mac & cheese so popular, and came up with this great tasting meal for all our customers to eat and enjoy.
We use only the finest natural and organic ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy's products. All dairy ingredients are made with pasteurized, rBST hormone-free milk and do not contain animal enzymes or animal rennet.
