1. Boil: 6 cups water in a medium saucepan
2. Stir in: pasta, bring to boil again
3. Cook: 8-10 minutes, or until done. Drain. While draining pasta, add 2 Tbsp. butter and 1/2 cup lowfat milk to saucepan and melt over low heat
4. Add cheese powder and stir to mix. Return pasta to pan and mix well

1. In a microwavable 2 quart casserole, combine 2 cups water with pasta
2. Microwave on high uncovered for 15 minutes*
3. Stop and stir halfway during cooking. Remove from microwave and drain
4. Add 1/2 cup lowfat milk, 2 Tbsp. butter and cheese
