- Boil: 6 cups water in a medium saucepan
- Stir in: pasta, bring to boil. Cook 8-10 minutes, or until done. Drain. While draining pasta, add 2 Tbsp. butter and 1/2 cup lowfat milk to saucepan and melt over low heat
- Add: cheese powder and stir to mix. Return pasta to pan and mix well
Prepare as above but eliminate butter. (60% less fat and 20% fewer calories per serving) Microwave cooking:
- In a microwavable 2 quart casserole, combine 2 cups water with pasta
- Microwave on high uncovered for 15 minutes (Microwave ovens vary, adjust times as needed). Stop and stir halfway during cooking. Remove from microwave and drain
- Add 1/2 cup lowfat milk, 2 Tbsp. butter and Annie's cheese
