Change wet and soiled diapers promptly. Cleanse the diaper area. Allow to dry. Apply cream liberally as often as necessary, with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or anytime when exposed to wet diapers may be prolonged. Store at 20° to 27°C (68° to 80°F).

this is the best product for diaper rash, i have tried everything my son had a diaper rash really bad he would scream when i would change his diaper, i bought this product and put it on him one night and by the next morning his rash was almost completely gone!! love this product!!!!
