Pros: small easy to swallow

My fingernails were splitting and had ridges and my hair was getting thinner. This was a big help in giving me nails long enough to polish and thicker, healthy hair.

Pros: Alleviates Symptoms, Simple To Take, Long-Lasting, No Side Effects

My podiatrist recommended this product to me after test results showed that my nail thickening was not fungus related. Thickening was due to the aging process only. He reminded me that since nails grow very slowly it would take some time before I noticed a difference. Also, he informed me that stopping the medication would allow the problem to recur. He was right on all counts. I saw results after 5 months and I plan on taking this always. I take it with my morning vitamin - so I can't forget to take it. Remember - it takes time, but it does work - very well. Do not expect immediate results. Nails grow slowly so results will not be immediate. Your patience will be rewarded.

My dermatologist (Harvard trained, Board Certified) recommended this product for hair loss (with aging and menopause)...I take it twice daily and I have almost as much hair as I did in my twenties...I will never stop using it...
