Use Cryotherapy Wraps during the first 48 to 72 hours of injury to reduce pain and swelling and to speed healing.

• Remove Cryotherapy Wrap from package, unwrap and cut to desired length. Position directly on skin over affected area and wrap. Apply pressure to affix the end to itself for gentle cooling relief that lasts for hours.
• Return unused portion to pouch, ass 1 to1-1/2 tablespoons of water, and reseal.
• Store pouch at room temperature or in the refrigerator for enhanced cooling.
• Repeat as necessary.
