Well it does get off the tar,but i would not say that is keep it off the teeth after you ate somethink?I don`t think that it makes the breath clean, but it does make it smells ok. For the whiteing part i would say that is make the teeth kindia white, but not bleack white.I would not say that is has the fresh from the dentist feel, but the teeth does feel clean.It does remove plaque.Do not swallow becuse it willl make you stomach hurt...so do rinsi your mouth out. After rinsing your mouth you may have a nasty tast in you mouth like i did. It is a little harsh when you frist brush you teeth with is but you can get use to it after a wile.For [$]i would say that they need to drop the price some, becuse the tube is small for that much money. So after all i would say that is is just like all toothpase but it removes all of the tar and plaque, and whiteing the teeth a litter more that other toothpase.

I used this for several years and then switched to anoth brand....my teeth didn't feel clean any longer! I have swtiched back....people mention how bright/white my teeth are but I don't do anything except use A&H...try it and see!
