Rated 1 out of 5 by TruthfulT Well-known issue: IT IS HARD TO REPLACE BATTERIES! I liked this toothbrush. It was a very effective. HOWEVER: 1. When it is time to change the batteries, it is extremely difficult to pry the bottom off. I am not kidding. I asked my male family members to do it and it hurt THEIR hands to remove it. It even left red indentation from the force they had to use. This is a HUGE downside! Do not buy it. You will be fighting to get it open. Also, I did NOT buy a defective brush. I've bought this toothbrush before and had the same problems. Read up on this, it is a big problem. I am currently looking to buy a toothbrush that plugs in to the wall to avoid any problems in the future... November 27, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Casper Great product I tried the generic of this first, and it broke in about a month. This one is still going strong after a few battery changes. My teeth feel cleaner and isn't as strenuous on the hands or arms as with traditional toothbrushes. The only downsides are that it isn't compact at all, so it isn't the best for frequent travelers. It is also a bit heavy so it can be hard to hold for arthritis/carpel tunnel sufferers. March 10, 2010
