I haven't used a power toothbrush in a bazillion years so I don't have others to compare this one against. But this stands on its own for the price and performance. It does a better job of cleaning my teeth & massaging my gums than my traditional brush (& I'm a careful brusher that brushes for a full 2-3 minutes). After 2 weeks I've noticed a def. diff. in my gum health/feel. I did not have unhealthy gums, they just feel more "resilient" now. My teeth are cleaner, esp. the front 6 on both top & bottom, which have always been the hardest to clean. It works in between my teeth MUCH better than the reg. brush, so my mouth feels cleaner even though I floss regularly. I gave 4 stars on quality because it has developed a clackity sound, but it does not affect the operation and will not keep me from using it; in fact, I bought one for everyone in my family! I have a "from the dentist" feel which makes me very happy for the 6 months of tooth care between dentist visits!

This brush cleans very well. It takes half the time to get my whole mouth clean. I love it, and for the price it can't be beat!

I was a little hesitant at first to try since I had read reviews in other sites stating that the toothbrush itself was bulky and that it was hard to reach in some spots. Well all that is wrong. I have a small jaw (I have braces on and my orthodontist told me) and I can still get the toothbrush everywhere. It is a lot better than the regular spinbrush and you will notice a huge difference instantly. I even went back to the store and bought one for my husband and he loves it too. This is the best sonic toothbrush and at a great price too!

There are a LOT of powered toothbrushes out there! I chose this one because I like the Arm & Hammer brand, because of the word "sonic" in the description, and because it's battery powered rather than rechargeable (easier to travel with).
I am very happy with this choice. My teeth and gums feel clean and sparkling, and I love the stimulating massage.
