Pancakes: (makes 4-5" pancakes)
You will need: 3/4 cup Arrowhead Mills® Buckwheat Pancake & Waffle Mix; 1 egg beaten; 2 Tbs Canola Oil; 2 tsp honey; 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp Milk, Soy Milk or water
Stir all ingredients only until lumps disappear
Cook on preheated (375°-400°F) lightly oiled griddle or pan, turning when bubbles form on surface and edges begin to dry.
For thicker pancakes, use less liquid. For thinner pancakes, use more liquid.
Waffles: (makes 4 waffles)
You will need: 1 cup Arrowhead Mills® Buckwheat Pancake & Waffle Mix; 1 Egg beaten; 1 Tbs Canola Oil; 1 Tbsp Honey; 1cup plus 1 tbs milk, soy milk or water.
Stir all ingredients only until lumps disappear
Cook according to waffle maker's instructions
