Rated 2 out of 5Â by Gile Barely adequate
This Attends Underwear is just barely adequate for its purpose. The fit is barely adequate to cover the lower part of the lobby, and the absorbing pad tears to easely, spreading the loose suffing all over the foor. The Walgreen brand "Certainty" is a far better choice, but unfortunately is no longer available in 58"-68" size

A few years ago, I had to go to the hospital for repair work on my heart, and afterward, I found that the best underwear I could use which protected against leaks was Attends.
These have been superior to other brands I have tried. I will be trying to find a brand that is less expensive, but as far as I am concerned, Attends manufactures the best product for this purpose. This brand was what the hospital used, and I am sold on them.

It's title says it all! It is protective, super plus absorbency! You don't have to worry when you wear these!

Attends are a very comfortable product and the only ones who make the product in the same measurement as your XL I do think they need a little extra something for absorbancy . Also the UW---XL on the box tells everyone what is in the package. It would be nice if a more discreet marking was used.
The attends are very comfortable and they do not make noise when you walk.

I liked the price and that they are not as bulky as some of the other brands but very absorbent. No leakage.

On one hand I was relieved when I was first offered these by my primary care person. I was not sure I was "ready for" a pull-up. I had been using P***** pads for some time and due to some then unexplained health changes I was frequently "flooding" them and causing myself and family significant inconvenience when I wet,- pants during an outing, the car seat and furniture seats. While sitting, I am mostly fine, but that getting up to stand causes me to lose control. So, back to the story...I hestiantly took the Attends and used them. I really enjoyed the freedom they gave me, and I use them most of the time. HOWEVER, and this is something that should be changed in the product, they are not very absorbent, so even a small leak keeps the skin side of the pull-up damp and extremely irritates my skin. The P**** brand was sooo much more absorbent and continued to feel dry next to my skin.
My practitioner suggested using the P***** pads inside the Attends, kind of like a liner. This works pretty well, but it is expensive. I would prefer that the pull-up itself had better absorbency and kept my skin feeling drier. Without that I have to use medicated skin cleansers and protective barrier cream to heal my skin.
Thank you to the female primary care practitioner who reached out and offered these.
I wanted to share this info for those choosing for themselves, but also for those choosing a product for a family member who may not speak up for themselves as this can be such a sensitive topic.
