Aveeno diaper rash works fast and doesn't irritate my daughter. Desitin creamy comes close only because it smells better than others. My sister recommended Aveeno when I was at my wits end when my daughter had a terrible diaper rash a few months ago. Thankfully, any diaper rash she has are very few. Yea!

I use this product once a day on my children. My child was diagnosed with eczema at 2 months old. We tried all kinds of non prescription lotions and creams that our pediatrician recommended. I happened to come across this while shopping and thought I would try it. I took it home and used it right away on my child and it worked GREAT! I was so thrilled. Within about 1 week the eczema calmed down and the dry patches started going away. I still continue to use it and my child is 18 months old now. I think the eczema is pretty much gone now, but I just love this cream. It isn't greasy like a lot of the others I have used and it holds true to the 24 hour moisturizer statement. If you have a child with eczema I really suggest at least trying this product, it worked great for my child and it is better for your child to not have to get a prescription for a steroid or such. This product is even great for kids without eczema, leaves the skin soft and smooth.

This is a great product! My baby girl has exzema and this product being fragrance free, it does irritate her skin. Try it!!
