What makes this mac and cheese extra good? We use macaroni that's made with 100% whole wheat and natural white cheddar cheese. a wholesome dish that's delightfully tasty and full of good-for-you fiber to help satisfy your hunger.

• Excellent source of fiber (7 g) and whole grain* (56 g)

*Nutritionists recommend eating 3 or more servings of whole grain foods per day (about 16 g per serving or at least 48 g per day).

• Boil 6 cups of water. Stir in macaroni. Boil 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally
• Drain. Do not rinse. Return to pan
• Add 1-1/2 tbsp. unsalted butter, 3 tbsp. 1% lowfat milk and cheese sauce mix
• Mix well. Makes about 3 cups
