What's not to love about mac and cheese? Ours is certified organic, made with natural cheddar cheese and elbow macaroni. And it tastes really good.

You will need 6 cups of water, 1/3 cup 1% lowfat milk, and 1-1/2 tbsp. unsalted butter.
- Boil 6 cups of water. Stir in macaroni. Boil 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Drain. Do not rinse. Return to pan
- Add 1-1/2 tbsp. unsalted butter, 1/3 cup 1% lowfat milk and cheese sauce mix
- Mix well. Makes about 3 cups
