It all started in the small bakery of our natural foods market on Main Street in Glastonbury, Connecticut.  I listened to my celiac customers complain about the taste of many of the gluten free options available to them.  I thought that no one should suffer because of a special dietary need and made it my mission to create products that were good for them but taste like they aren't.

Now our premium gluten free granola products are made in a state of the art manufacturing facility just a few miles from the original bakery.  Our plant maintains the small bakery quality by baking in small batches.  We hope you love our products as much as we love creating them for you.
