This product is wonderful in the prevention of bedsores in seniors confined to bed or somewhat immobile.

I love that it is so thick but still goes on easily and doesn't rub off as the diaper goes on like some of the other brands do. It stays on to protect from wetness and wipes off easily when you want it to.

I used balmex with both of my boys and found it is also great for sunburn. I continue to use it for that and my sons are 28 and 25. My grand kids also get it.

I love Balmex - I used Desytin with my first daughter and then tried Balmex with my second baby and absolutely love it. It goes on easily and is nice and pasty - not too too thick - perfect.
