Pros: Easy To Swallow, Simple To Take, Effective

Cons: Can't thnk of any

the eye doctor I go to thought this product would not reduce the "flashes of light" I was having.
However, by adding this product and eating raw carrots and using a similar, tho less expensive pill from a discount chain, the "flashes of light" have been reduced and the amount of "flotation" in my vision seems to have been limited.
